Cancellations will be accepted if the order has not yet shipped. To cancel your order please submit a support ticket. Once the cancellation has been submitted a refund will be issued. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to show up in your account. Returns and exchanges will only be provided for defective merchandise, otherwise, all sales are final!
We have had to make numerous changes to our order fulfillment processing to keep our staff safe and to meet CDC guidelines for COVID-19. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this global pandemic. It is possible that shipping delays may occur on outbound orders as a result of COVID-19 and especially during the Holiday season. Shipping services such ass UPS, FedEx and the USPS are overwhelmed with the volume of packages moving through their networks and as a result, your package may be delayed. Unfortunately, we have no control over your shipment once it leaves our facility.
No, at this time we only offer 12 X 18 posters.
When we start to prepare your package for shipment we will first print out the shipping label. Once that label is printed you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. That last leg of delivery with USPS is still trackable with the same tracking number you received when your label was printed.
